What accessibility standard does Log Test meet?
Log Test aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That covers things like text contrast, keyboard access, clear headings, form labels and content that still works when you zoom to 400%. We're not claiming full compliance until testing confirms it, and we list known gaps below.
We also write in short sentences and everyday words, aiming for text most adults can read comfortably, and we explain financial terms the first time we use them.
How do we check the site?
Every page is built from the same templates, and automated checks run before a change goes live. They look for problems such as missing form labels, images without a text alternative, skipped heading levels and poor colour contrast. Tools can't catch everything, so if something doesn't work for you, please tell us.
What are the known problems?
If we find a problem we can't fix straight away, we list it here. Some parts of the experience aren't under our control: once you leave Log Test for the provider's website, its accessibility depends on the provider. Documents it publishes, such as PDFs, may not meet the same standard. Ask the provider for accessible versions.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
To report an accessibility problem, email hello@l2-logcheck-v3ru66.com. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. If you need information from the site in another format, ask and we'll provide it.
We'll reply within five working days to say what we'll do and by when.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can use our complaints process.
